Ainy Safety Products Private Limited is a company registered in India (GST No. 09ABCA2734R1ZA), with its registered office at Singh's House, Nagram Nilmatha Road, Sharthuaa, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh – 226301. We manufacture, wholesale, trade and supply industrial safety equipment including safety helmets, safety shoes, safety belts and harnesses, gloves, nets, jackets, Spider Jhula rope-access systems and road safety products.

- Final pricing for any order is confirmed through a quotation shared over call, WhatsApp or email, and depends on quantity, specification and current stock/market rates.
- All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) and shipping charges unless explicitly stated otherwise in the quotation.
05 Orders & Payment
- Orders are placed via phone, WhatsApp, email or our website enquiry form, and are confirmed once we share a formal quotation or invoice and receive your confirmation.
- Payment terms (advance, partial or full payment) will be communicated at the time of order confirmation and may vary by order size and customer relationship.
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability or suspected fraudulent activity, with any advance payment refunded in such cases.
06 Shipping & Delivery
- We dispatch orders from our Lucknow facility to locations across India through our logistics and courier partners.
- Delivery timelines shared at the time of order are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, location, weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon dispatch to the courier/transport partner, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
07 Returns, Replacement & Warranty
- Please inspect goods on delivery. Any damage, shortage or manufacturing defect should be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs, so we can arrange a replacement or resolution.
- Products that are used, installed or altered are not eligible for return unless found to have a genuine manufacturing defect.
- Where a manufacturer's warranty applies to a product (e.g. certain helmets or harnesses), the terms of that manufacturer's warranty will apply in addition to this policy.
- Custom-fabricated or made-to-size items (such as made-to-size netting) are non-returnable except in case of a manufacturing defect.

The Ainy Safety Products name, logo and website content are the property of Ainy Safety Products Private Limited. Third-party brand names and trademarks referenced on this site (for products we supply) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
09 Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ainy Safety Products Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products, beyond the value of the order in question.
